How developers can keep up with the latest Shopify information
This article is an introductory book by our company on Shopify, Hello Shopify Themes: A Guide to Shopify Theme Development Here's an excerpt from .
Shopify is an active platform for updates.
So far, I have introduced the contents of “Hello Shopify Themes” with a modification based on the latest information, and those information will be old one day.
When developing a theme, be sure to check out Shopify’s official updates as well as the information in this book.
We will close this series by introducing a site that can help you catch up with the latest information on Shopify.
I’m looking forward to seeing what Shopify can do next year.

Shopify Changelog
You can check out the Shopify update here at Changelog.
You may find links to documents and help pages for new features, so if you’ve seen a major change in Shopify, check it out first.

Shopify Official Documentation
The most up-to-date information is still the official documentation.
If there is an update on Shopify, the document will also be updated with it; even if you’ve already read a page, if you revisit in time, new features and explanations may have been added.
It is basically English, but if you install the translation extension tool in your browser I think that it can read a big meaning.

Shopify Help Center
The Shopify Help Center is available in Japanese.
Also, because it is written in a shredded expression for merchants, it is convenient to read together if questions remain only in the official document.
The help center may be easier to understand the latest information on store functions, such as explanations about metafield.

Shopify Official Blog
Shopify Japan’s official blog also provides frequent information.
While there are many articles for merchants that cover the entire store, in the Shopify developer category you can read our technical description of the latest updates and we recommend an easy-to-understand introduction to OS 2.0.

Leveraging Twitter (now X)
Twitter is also useful for catching up on everyday Shopify updates.
There are a lot of Shopify official accounts, so I think it would be helpful to follow only what you need and then follow the account of Japan’s Shopify theme app developer:)
After a major update, Twitter is often crowded with accounts of Shopify developers.
