At a customer’s request, the Company stops providing personal data that identifies that customer to third parties. This may, however, make the Company’s services unavailable to the customer.- 4. Security measures for personal information
To ensure the accuracy and security of personal information, the Company implements information security and other safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration or disclosure.
If security incidents, internal audits or customer requests indicate that the Company’s safeguards require correction, the Company promptly makes improvements.- 5. Compliance with laws and standards
To ensure the protection of personal information, the Company complies with the Personal Information Protection Act, other applicable laws relating to personal information and industry guidelines.
