Building a culture as we work toward becoming Japan's calmest company

Our company aims to be “the most peaceful company in Japan”, and we do the following activities as a company culture development.
We are inspired by Nordic cultures that build businesses with high added value, avoid overtime, and value life and learning beyond the workplace.

freedom to enter the office

At our company, as a general rule, it is up to each member to decide whether or not we will be at the office; in the past, when Takasaki was living in Fukuoka, he worked remotely from far distances and seamlessly switched between remote work and office work using IT tools.

CSR activities, even as a small company

Our own online shop, Yoriso through it. a book that gives 10 percent of sales to sick children's institutions) We are producing and selling “Function” products.

nonsta folks: a place to learn together

In Denmark, lifelong learning institutions called folkehøjskole have a name that translates literally as “the people’s free university.” They offer small, dialogue-based groups where people learn what interests them and sometimes share meals. Inspired by these places, we organize Events as a space for learning together.

We Love.

The office is located about 13 minutes from Shinjuku on the JR Chuo Line, and there are many privately operated high-level restaurants such as specialty coffee shops, unpretentious Italian, French and Japanese food, and Michelin ramen shops.

Physical care allowance

As mindfulness gains attention in Silicon Valley and elsewhere, more people recognize that a healthy body and mind are essential to good work. We cover the full cost of a full-body massage once a month.

Art appreciation allowance

To create work that moves people, we believe we must first be moved ourselves. We provide a monthly allowance for experiencing art.

We will continue to create a culture where our customers and staff can sympathize with each other, so if you have any good ideas please let us know from the feedback form.
