The purpose of life is to be happy, and people can only become happier by making others happy - instead of celebrating joining a new staff
I am going to write a speech at the new staff welcome meeting that I had done before in my memoirs here.
Congratulations on joining us.
I'm not the president who makes many speeches, but let me talk to you today.
I’ve been running a company for more than 10 years, but every day I run my own business without any hesitation about team management.
I have read a number of books about Adler psychology, NLP psychology, selection theory, psychological safety, Chinese thinker Shoko and humans.
In it, there is a final conclusion that any book of psychology or any philosopher has written this:

"The purpose of life is to be happy, and people can only become happy by making others happy."
That's it.
And the origin of happiness is "match."
The "shi" of work and the "go" of gokon (a group of guilds) are used to refer to it.
In other words, it is "happiness" to write that each other's work together.
Working in a team may mean working together and making each other happy.
I think that there are times when you're going to come together and have good or bad things, values go well with each other, but including them, it happens because you've got the courage to get involved in someone else's work.
William Faulkner, an American writer who won the Nobel Prize in Literature and had a great influence on Haruki Murakami, wrote in his novel.
"I choose sorrow between sadness and nothing."
If you have a life that is sad but has a feeling of being alive, or if you do not interact with someone without any pain, then I will choose a life with sorrow.
That's quite a connotation.
I don’t think there are people who were born with great communication skills, and they aren’t good at communicating with others, but many of them have never given up on interacting.
It's been a long time, but what I want to say is that "Let's be happy with the team as we cry and laugh" from now on.
