Daiko Securities Business Co. , Ltd. has revamped its corporate website to provide outsourcing services for securities companies and financial institutions in charge of all processes from strategy, design, production and operation.

Based on log analysis of existing sites, keyword analysis and interviews with sales representatives, we developed a post-renewal web strategy. With an emphasis on increasing service inquiries, we expanded and organized content that corresponded to each target user’s behavioral scenarios such as “a securities company”, “a bank considering establishing a securities subsidiary” and “a financial company conducting fintech business”. We have also implemented EFO (Optimizing the input form) to prevent withdrawal from the inquiry form. As a part of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, we are also designing lead lines so that it is easy to reach necessary information about IR contents for shareholders and investors.
