We operate “nezas Nezas,” a media that supports human resources rooted in the future and local communities, and created a corporate site for “DSB Sourcing”, a recruitment company specializing in regional financial institutions such as local banks.

The goal of the site is to help two major users: individuals considering changing jobs from metropolitan areas to regions, and regional financial institutions looking for talented people.The goal is to deepen their understanding of the operating company and guide them to the media site “nezas Nezas” and the job portal site “nezas Scout”.

An individual who considers changing jobs, while feeling a sense of trust about the management company, we have designed this website that supports PC/smartphone with animation effects such as fade-in and parallax to the extent that it does not assert.
