We have developed a web app to accept and manage camping and accommodation reservations.

After conducting a user interview on operations, I am in charge of consulting to improve business efficiency, from UX/UI design to building with Ruby on Rails.

We have done reservation reception / management in paper so far, and we realize the standardization of operations that were personified by greatly reducing man-hours by IT and visualizing the reservation status for problems which had been put a huge burden on specific staff during the busy period.
