the reason i asked you to take over as otasan.
There are two reasons why I asked Mr. Ota to become a technical advisor.
You can not only build a system with high technical skills, but also imagine the "user" at the end of your system.
At the dawn of Internet 30 years ago, Mr. Ota was a full-stack engineer who wrote code at the forefront from an era when there were no browsers yet IE or netscapes and software called mosaic was standard.
Currently, in addition to web application development, AI (deep learning) is also being studied.
I had the opportunity to show Ota’s work and code in front of me during my previous career, but I was very impressed by how much imagination and ingenuity for both sides is packed with people who use not only high technical capabilities but also those who use it “will it be easy to use for users” or “will it be easier to respond flexibly when there are changes going forward”.
And such a job was also what we kept looking at our back as the ideal of our company.
teaches not "give an answer" but "guide the person to solve a problem by himself."

In addition, as an informal technical advisor until now, I was consulted when we were stuck on a technical issue, but please respond promptly and carefully without any unpleasant face at all times.
Not only that, but by abstracting and organizing the problem in a way that makes it easier to solve this problem if you think about it in such order.
Rather than giving an answer suddenly, I think that the fact that we had consulted in the stance of “helping a questioner solve his or her problem” has led to our current growth.
what our company will do with mr. ota in the future
The following two points are to be addressed from now on.
Study Group on the Basics of Web Apps
When you are busy with your day-to-day work, all the urgent things are given priority and I think that you can not get time to systematically learn the basics of technology, but we will hold a study session to systematically learn basic knowledge such as "What is http communication" and "What is object oriented?"
This study group will be held in a form that allows outsiders to participate, so those who are concerned about our company. event column or social networks, FB/TW/IG Please check it regularly.
Increased Code Quality through Code Reviews
We will improve the quality to a faster and more flexible code by checking with Mr. Ota on a regular basis in the application code we produce at our company.
From next week, we will also publish the interview article of representative Takasaki and Mr. Ota on this blog so please look forward to it.

We will continue to increase our technical power in the future, so please look forward to non-sta!
