For gentler, richer relationships between people: Founder Takasaki's enduring wish

In 2018, I returned to Tokyo. here 。

Hi. This is our staff, Kawashima.
It's been a long time coming this winter, and even in Tokyo where I have an office, my breath has become white.

Well, this time the introduction of non-sta members who have been delivered from September is also divided.
The third person will introduce to you again Kenji Takasaki, the founder and manager of our non-standard world, Inc.

Takasaki's work

Since its founding, Takasaki has been in charge of the company’s management department (accounting, legal, personnel, etc. )as well as technical introduction and programming as an engineer, web production direction, social media marketing, video editing, and of course, company management.
I also thought that this diversity was related to the establishment of a company after a period of freelancers, but in fact it seems that they were slightly different.

"Because I'm the president, I thought we should be able to do anything."

Takasaki says so with a glittering grin.
Nowadays, Takasaki is taking advantage of outsourcing and other factors to share its roles.Takasaki’s business is focused on company management and team management (and sometimes programming).
After I moved to Tsuyazaki, a seaside town in Fukuoka, my neighbors sometimes consult me about web production.

At the intersection of imagination and engineering, connected from filmmaking.

When he was a student, Takasaki devoted himself to filmmaking.
The ability to combine the sensitivities of each member into a single piece is still in full force even now, leading the company (I was really surprised when I grasped my field of difficulty and naturally supported it!)

In addition to being a non-sta leader, Takasaki is also an engineer responsible for implementing the backend (the systemic part that runs behind your website).
If you're an engineer, there may be some mechanical image that you might have. But the engineering role is basically to use technology to solve any problems (troubles, inconveniences, troubleshooting or what you want) -- and think about how we can solve them.

A view that grasps the flow of members cultivated through filmmaking, and an imagination to find something not yet in the world.
And the ability to find problems and create a path to solve them is unique to engineers.
I think that the combination of these elements will probably bring about a variety of nonsta ideas and mechanisms.

A remote work day in Takasaki.

What is Takasaki’s day as a company with flexible ways of working?
Takasaki is now in Tsuyazaki, where he moved to Yoriso I live with the store manager, Oura.
The day begins at about 7:00 in the morning.
This article, published in 2014, However, as was introduced, it is still Takasaki's duty to transfer his son to the nursery school and he says that he will start a day of work on his return from the nursery school.

I interrupted my job at the time of picking up a nursery school and went to my son.
I work from dinner time until night in the busy season.
Incidentally This article introduces Takasaki from Oura's eyes But as mentioned, it seems that many people seem to be wondering about being a father who works from home, is the president and participates in child-rearing (laugh).

The working hours of the day were about 7 hours, and until a while ago Takasaki was also the town's chairman, so he did his job as well.

It may be very different from the way of working that is commonly imagined by the title of president, but Takasaki’s work style reflects Nonsta’s philosophy.

"It's more fulfilling to have a job for life than it is to have a career for work, and not all of the work for a company, but work for family, community or third place."

-- Takasaki's challenge will continue in order for this word, once mentioned in his recruitment article, to continue as a reality and not an ideal.

May the soft part of someone's heart be free today.

This time, when writing an introduction article Nonsta's founding blog I read it several times.
This is a 2011 article, about six years ago.
I think that there are some things that will change if such time passes, but when I asked about the future, the words returned from Takasaki were hardly blurred from where they started.

“I think things, information, services and convenience are already saturating. And if it’s just a simple feature you can build the same thing for someone else who isn’t yourself someday.
Therefore, I want to create things that touch people's hearts and sensibilities, such as softer and richer communication between humans.
Because I am not good at communicating, I want to do it."

"If you think about it, since I was making movies, we've been making something together for a long time. Is the term collective art close?
We have more members, and now it's time to build the foundation, but if we can build trust with each other -- with the help of design and engineering, I want to spread outside."

In Takasaki’s last words, I thought that the web production we work on and “more so” were all in the beginning.
I can only tell you in the form of an introduction. (Laughter) If it's okay This article was written in Takasaki's own words. Also, please join us.

instead

Our designer Sato, who has been walking with Takasaki for many years, says that he is a romantic and realist.
It seems that Takasaki has always been said to be a strange person, but at first glance it is because he possesses the opposite nature and maintains its harmony.

And I heard from Oura, who lives with Takasaki, the word "one who believes in good people."
This feels like it to me sincerely, even though I have only been in the company for five months.
In addition, I think that it is probably someone who has decided to believe in good people... If you have an opportunity to meet Takasaki, please tell me about them and make sure.

Thank you for reading so far.
I would be happy if the distance between non-sta members and everyone was narrowed a little.
