Kobe YMCA camp reservation system — Web app
We have developed a web application for accepting and managing camping and accommodation reservations. After conducting user interviews about operations, we are in charge of consulting to improve business efficiency, from UX/UI design to building with Ruby on Rails. We have done reservation reception / management in paper so far. In the busy period, it is possible to achieve a standardization of the work that had been made by greatly reducing man-hours through IT and visualizing the reservation status.
