WABARA
We have renewed the Shopify EC site of “WABARA” which develops its original variety at a farm on Lake Biwa, and we have identified issues such as difficultness to tell that it is direct from the farm in the old site, conductors in various categories, site speed etc.
At the planning stage, we carried out workshops (design sprint) jointly with our clients to identify long-term goals and challenges from prototyping through to prototyping. After that, we conducted user interviews with Royal Customers as well as user tests of prototypes for hypothesis verification.
In order to convey the appeal directly from the farm, videos and photos that convey the atmosphere of the farm are taken down.We have also developed new content that deepens the connection with brand fans such as download contents, and we make efforts to create a site that has both worldview expression and ease of use.
