We have created an e-commerce site for Kawagoe Kakuya Saketen, a 140-year-old company in Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture. It conveys the line-up including natural wine and the atmosphere of a real store where you can hit corners, and it is an EC website that expresses the world view of the shop. In addition, we also offer “Sommelier Relief” course to help sommeliers choose wine for customers who are lost in wine selection.

In the production process, we provide comprehensive support from front-end work to back-up work, such as extracting long-term goals and issues through design sprints (workshops), interviewing with on-site staff, conducting user interviews after a test launch, supporting in-house production of photos and content, and consulting on shelf number designs for efficient delivery operations.
